Meet the Team
Angela Bird
Angela has been at the studio for 3 years, as both a student and client. She qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021 and currently holds a Polestar certified Practitioner of Pilates certificate.
When not teaching Pilates, she likes to workout with friends at least once a week, as it helps to reduce stress, improve cardiovascular fitness and is a great social activity. She also enjoys listening to music and reading.
Angela’s favourite Pilates exercise is the Roll Up exercise.
Angela classes are an opportunity to celebrate what our bodies can do. She is very passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals through safe and effective Pilates instruction. She designs classes to challenge each individual, providing modifications and progressions to ensure everyone is able to participate at their own level and ability. Her aim is to create a positive environment for clients to learn, grow, feel and feel empowered, celebrating what their body can do.
