We host a variety of private, semi-private and group classes each day.

Group Classes - 50 minutes
Our group classes have up to 12 clients, with each instructor providing a unique class environment, utilising different equipment and apparatus to offer a full body experience.

Private & Semi-Private Sessions - 55 Minutes
Similar to personal training, studio Pilates (also known as clinical Pilates) is taught in a private or semi-private setting. Studio lessons are carefully designed and highly personalised to suit each client's individual needs. Studio Pilates is ideal for injury management, athletic enhancement and to address specific goals.

Reformer

Our open level Pilates reformer classes deliver an invigorating, full body workout to lengthen and tone your muscles while strengthening your core.
The reformer is the most popular piece of equipment designed by Joseph Pilates. Come find out why!
Our Slow and Steady class is focused more on technique and building a better understanding of each movement, while our Cardio class is high intensity and utilises greater aerobic strength.
Tower
EQUIPMENT
50 minutes
The tower is a piece of equipment that mimics the tower end of the trapeze table, a large piece of equipment used in studio lessons.
Using the tower allows you to perform exercises previously only available with the use of a full trapeze table. The workout will challenge your entire body & are particularly good for improving strength and mobility.
Beginner to advanced options are demonstrated to cater for any fitness level.
Pre and Post natal
50 minutes
Pre & Post natal Pilates is the perfect way to stay healthy while expecting your new boundle of joy. We will help you take care of your body by strengthening your pelvic muscles and lengthening your spine, to avoid back pain and to help you with balance and stength during and after pregnancy to avoid postnatal complications such as abdominal seperation.
Only 5 participants in the class ensuring we have eyes on you. We require a minimum of 6 weeks psot C-section or after clearance from your obstetrician is obtain.
Mat Pilates

Challenge your strength, flexibility & coordination with floor-based Pilates moves, using your own bodyweight for resistance.
Attend Pilates Mat to build balanced strength & flexibility, improve your posture and strengthen your core. Pilates Mat is also a great place to start if you’re new to Pilates.
Oov Pilates

Oov Pilates is a Mat-based class using a funky apparatus called the ‘Oov”.
This class is designed to stabilise your core whilst stimulating healthy spinal muscles that gently correct your posture. Gently open your spine, stabilise your core and feel the benefits of working with an Oov.
Arc Pilates
FLOOR
50 minutes
Add a challenge to your Pilates training with the Pilates Spine Corrector.
Release your spine and find strength as well as flexibility with this apparatus. This will challenge your regular Mat classes and have you moving more freely than ever.
